New Stove Story - continuing saga

On Monday Barry our electrician, who just happens to work for the local Glem service agent,
came out to replace our oven door. Apparently one of our hinges are damaged so he has to return with a new set for us, so that will be next Monday now.

I am very happy that my door is fixed but not so happy that they have replaced my door and that it will be covered by warranty, but am not happy that the door has been replaced with an Emilia door. Emilia is the cheaper sister branch of the Glem family. Now when we first looked at this oven at Harvey Norman they had an Emilia door on the oven as when they were installing it in the shop the glass broke and the only spare they had was an Emilia one. I wasn't going to complain or do anything about it BUT
it just so happens that Leanne, the sales rep from Harvey Norman who sold us the Glem oven, rang this morning to see how it all was going, so I told her the story - she is going to try and get me a Glem door. I didn't tell her the story for that reason I just thought she would find it amusing as this was quite a part of our first convo with her about the oven.

Hi Gail, well after all that has happened with your long awaited stove, the fact that you bought and paid for a Glem stove, they should only put a Glem door on it- not a cheaper version, that is just SO unfair! :-(

I am glad you will be getting the right door, it`s what you saw and liked and paid for and you deserve to have it.
