Well its now May -so I can show you my April challenges and project for the Scrap of Faith blog.
The first 2 pics are my project for last month. It's a memory box to fill with those little life lessons that God loves to teach us on the rocky road of life.
The lesson I shared was the life changing lesson God taught me last year that I need to listen, obey and trust him in regards to my involvement in the theatre. Out of that came great blessings. If I had not obeyed him I would not have had time to be a part of the fabulous DT on SOF.
I am also wondering if I would have had my tins published, possibly not.
This first LO was the verse challenge and last months verse was Psalm 46:10 - Be still and know that I am God. This is one of my favourite verse and through all of the above lesson this was one of the verses that God constantly bought to my mind.
This LO was the very first sketch challenge I have done. I found it quite hard to do as I was told and I followed it to a tee. Apparently you can simply use it as an inspiration and came up with your won interpretation but as it was my first I pretty much copied the design.
This last LO was the WORD challenge, April's word was LIGHT.
This verse from Psalm 119:105 came immediately to mind. I had Haylee take this pics of me reading my bible a few weeks ago so I thought it was just the pic to use. I am sitting in the room I have my quiet time each day. The verse had been double printed in lime green with black on transparency.
My LO's are very simple as I mostly want the verse to do the talking - I am also not that great at LO's as you all know OTP's are my thing!!!!!!!
