We are now the proud owners of a 10 week old Border Collie puppy named Ziggy Stardust. We will just call him Ziggy unless he is in trouble, or we are in High company. Ziggy is mostly Royces pup but the whole family will have input into his training & exercise.
Isn't he just adorable. We have been visiting the pound for 2 weeks looking at some puppies that were to become available today. But Yesterday all our chosen ones were taken. We were very dissappointed.This turned out great for us as we found Ziggy and his 2 remaining brothers advertised in the Trading post. When we rang up we knew the breeder, she is the wife of Royces mechanic.
Our 2 cats Tiffy and Feeny are not to impressed but they will get use to him. My niece who is staying with us was very excited when she came home & found a puppy as when she left for her training this morning we hadnt even thought about going to look at these pups.
Royce had been researching puppies for weeks and had decided the best pup for us was a kelpie or border collie - he likes beagles too but I am not a big Beagle lover.
