More cadrs for same buddy

Can't work out how to add more than one photo to each blog. So here is the second lots of cards for "P".

Cards for a forum buddy

Made these cards for a forum friend. Have only been posted this week aso she hasnt opened them yet.

Nice day here in the sunny south coast. Should be outside doing some gardening or such to enjoy the day but have woken up with a bad back so the most I will do outside is sit on my mothers day bench and read.

Will be working on my fibre post card this weekend. Will post a piccy once it has been postd to my partner.

Busy Making cards

I have been very busy over the last few weeks making cards. The most inmportant card I have made is a card for Sophie Delezio to go with the caring hearts quilt my on line quilitng group has made for her.

The following is the verse I have chosen to put inside the card.

It touched my heart as Sophies plight has touched the heart of many of us. To view the quilt we are putting together go to

Guardian Angels

God gave us each an angel To watch over us with love.
They’re always carrying messages To Him in Heaven above.
They warn us during danger, Encourage us to do what is right,
And will always guard and guide us, Throughout the day and night
. God sent them to protect us, When crisis comes our way,
And to aid us with our problems That we encounter every day.
Thank You, my God in Heaven, For our Guardian Angels dear.
They’re just a token of Your love To help us overcome life’s fears.

Fibre Postcards Wallhanging

Earlier this year I was part of a fibre postcard swap on an on line craft forum, I enjoyed the experience so much that when it came to making a gift for the "where We live" swap I chose to make 6 fibre postcards to send to my partner. They are as follows:- From the mountain to the seas, Lyrebird (our emblem), sailing on the shoalhaven river, Horse as where i live was once a racehorse and we have had 2 mMelbourne cup winners form our district, Peppermint Tree - Worrigee is Aboriginal for Peppermint Tree and last but not least a piccy of my house. I really enjoyed desinging and making htis.

Good morning

Well after trying to fight off a cold for a few days I sit here sniffling and feeling very cold.

Had a great day yesterday. Attempted to make a paper pieced patchwork block and it was an enormous faliure, felt like tossing it in the bin but its for a rowXrow swap and thats this months row so I have to amke 5 of them. Well I will just have to keep trying.

Finished of 2 heart cards at scrap booking with my daughter, niece SIL and new SB forum friend last night- will upload them here when I get a chance. Then popped over to rehearsals to find that for the time being I am looking after ringing the phones. Received a wonderful suprise from a forum buddy yesterday - an angel wallhanging. Very sweet.
